Having established our youth setup Coggeshall Town FC are now looking at the next steps to help support the development of our young players, by providing them with opportunities and experiences to help fulfil their potential. With this in mind we have created our very own Futsal section, with a long term plan to establish teams to represent all age
groups.

Futsal originated in South America and is a globally recognised sport governed by FIFA and played as youngsters by many of today’s top football superstars. Fundamentally a fast paced 5-a-side game it is a great tool in player development that essentially focuses on increased touches, ball mastery, creativity, decision making skills and quick reflexes, all of which compliment football by helping players to manipulate play in confined spaces.

I am pleased to announce that the first ever Coggeshall Town Futsal team has been established in the form of our current Under 11 side who will train weekly with our very own FA qualified Futsal coaches.
